Martin Luther King Jr is a person who had a huge impact on our society. His goal was do away with segregation and in general get civil rights. He organized huge rallies and marches on major cities in the US including Washington DC. He was assassinated before his dream was accomplished. This year and in fact today is the 50th anniversary of his “I have A Dream” speech. I believe this was his most important speech because this is the one that I like the most and it is also his most well known by everyday people.
